Kreuzberg Food Tour

A Bite Size Immigration History of Berlin

In this journey, we dive into the layers of immigration that created multicultural Kreuzberg. From French Huguenots to Turkish Gastarbeiters, we visit places belonging to many different cultures and hear how their stories added to and changed Berlin’s own history and all this while sampling delicious food made by them.

Your guide Gokcen Ceylan, who has been featured in various food and travel shows at CBS, CNN and NAT GEO will take you through the streets of Kreuzberg telling you his favorite stories and food.

We will visit 4-5 different shops. The tour is 3 hours long with a group of ten. Please let us know if you have allergies or food preferences. We will try to accommodate them all. There will be alcohol served on this tour.

Charlottenburg and Wedding Food Tours

Here we take you through two other Berlin neighborhoods that are as fascinating as Kreuzberg. Charlottenburg, the bustling west-side district of the city, is different but just as fascinating.. You think it is only about shopping but it does have many little nooks and crannies, especially in its culinary space. The district of Wedding, with its industrial buildings and cosy neighbourhoods, is experiencing quite a bit of social and cultural change. This, of course, is reflected in its food scene.

We would love to show you these areas. Please write or call for more information and to book a tour.
